Marble
Eye Studios offers a 40% discount on mastering services to Independent
Records artists. This is a substantial saving over their normal
rates (normal price of $50.00 a song) all for just registering your
release with Independent Records.
What
is Mastering : A lot of people get confused between Mastering
and Mixing. Mixing is blending and summing from a multi-track down
to 2 tracks. Mastering is taking the 2 track mix and preparing it
to be pressed. Mastering will maximize the sound of your CD with
overall EQ and Compression making your CD as loud and as clear as
it can be. It also involves song spacing and song order. Mastering
a CD is as important as mixing it.
Marble Eye Studios offers a 1-2 week turn around on mailed-in items.
There is a $20.00 charge for shipping and handling for DAT's or
CD's. Call about shipping and handling for 1/4 inch tape.
